Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration

- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and futurists in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investors using predictive modeling
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations in human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations from research phase
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering from Tier 1 institution
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, and global innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
