Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and their commercial applications
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem through partnerships with startups and research institutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for our industry
- Drive cultural adoption of innovation methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global teams
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy publications
