- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Secure and allocate $50M+ innovation budget for future-focused initiatives
- Mentor talent in futuristic technology adoption and ethical implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains (AI ethics, biotech, neuromorphic computing)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with futurism specialization
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature Tech)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Experience securing innovation funding from VC/government sources
