Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage innovation pilot programs and evaluate ROI of experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends with 90%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
