- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in our state-of-the-art FutureLab facilities
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical factors to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $10M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI and impact metrics
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech integration across all initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
