Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems) into product roadmaps
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate future-facing solutions with R&D and product teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to anticipate tech disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using data-driven visualizations
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and risk mitigation
- Represent the company at global tech forums and shape industry standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in strategic tech planning
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
