Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or decentralized systems
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
- Experience developing 5-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
