Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech trends (2026 horizon) for strategic product development
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Develop patentable frameworks for decentralized systems and human-machine interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with 10-year market vision
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and industry partners
- Drive R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions
- Establish ethical guidelines for autonomous systems and AI deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or Life Sciences preferred
- Experience with patent prosecution and IP strategy
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning abilities
