Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year tech roadmaps for emerging markets and sustainability initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum hybrid systems
- Partner with governments on policy frameworks for ethical autonomous technologies
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies through our global innovation network
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding or government grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Sustainability
