Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech) to identify competitive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership pieces on technology futures and disruption
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven experience in forecasting tech trends and market disruptions
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
- Track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
