Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech policies and regulations to shape compliance-forward strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, conferences)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Fluency in English with exceptional written/verbal communication
