Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological trends and market disruptions to inform strategic planning for 2026-2030
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and investor expectations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic technologies (e.g., quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global tech ecosystems
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory changes affecting future tech adoption
- Manage R&D budget allocation for next-generation innovation projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and international stakeholders
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management preferred
