Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams in developing next-gen AI/ML and quantum computing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging tech audits to identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure and manage $50M+ R&D budgets for strategic technology initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for talent acquisition
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track implementation progress
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching $10M+ tech products or initiatives
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and grants
