Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key innovation opportunities and potential risks.
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Synthetic Biology) to determine their feasibility and strategic value for the organization.
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and executive teams to align technical vision with business goals.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor strategies to provide actionable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- Present complex strategic concepts to executive stakeholders in a clear, compelling narrative.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or a similar high-level technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging computing paradigms.
