Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends and scientific breakthroughs
- Lead research initiatives in quantum applications, AI ethics, and climate-tech integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential commercialization
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Manage innovation incubators for prototyping 2026-focused solutions
- Build and lead a team of futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
