- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position InnovateHorizon at the forefront of innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Manage a $10M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking and resource allocation
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale innovations with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on technology strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive boards and securing multi-million dollar budgets
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech transformations with 2026+ vision
