Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying AI-driven solutions for 2026 readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, bio-digital convergence)
- Architect sustainable tech ecosystems with circular economy principles
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present futuristic vision frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their impact on future innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-tech projects with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future concepts
- Strong understanding of ESG principles in tech development
