Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to create strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems and service models
- Develop predictive market analysis reports identifying $1B+ opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with 5-year growth objectives
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against industry benchmarks
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record developing 5-year tech roadmaps for scale-ups
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams of 15+ members
- Certified in Futures Thinking (CFT) or equivalent strategic foresight methodology
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Strategic Foresight required
