Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic systems)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate emerging tech ROI and implementation pathways
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (Web3, AI governance, sustainable tech)
- Proven experience translating technology strategy into measurable business outcomes
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning abilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of launching successful tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certifications in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, CSTM)
