- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in partnership with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic tech insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for emerging domains
- Establish partnerships with startups, universities, and research institutions
- Mentor internal teams on future tech adoption and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven strategic planning experience
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, CISSP)
