- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging tech integration (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies with 5-7 year adoption curves
- Architect strategic partnerships with academia and tech pioneers in frontier domains
- Present tech foresight frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for prototype development and pilot programs
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching commercialized innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three frontier technologies: quantum, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful disruption of legacy industries
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation or technology journals
