Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year tech strategy for AI, quantum computing, and Web3 integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify market disruption opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with measurable ROI
- Build external innovation ecosystems through academia and startup partnerships
- Quantify future-state scenarios using predictive modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and futures forecasting methodologies
