- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term innovation priorities and resource allocation
- Analyze global tech disruption patterns to identify competitive advantages and market opportunities
- Drive cross-functional adoption of futuristic technologies through pilot programs and stakeholder education
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure impact of future-tech initiatives on business growth
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Strategic certification (e.g., CTO-level, Innovation Management) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech evolution
- Experience scaling teams for rapid prototyping and MVP development
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
