Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present strategic initiatives and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Oversee the integration of futuristic technologies into existing product ecosystems
- Drive innovation through partnerships with leading research institutions and tech startups
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps and implementation plans
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or related field preferred
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategy (e.g., AI, blockchain) highly desirable
