Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Certifications in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
