Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics frameworks)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for technological disruptions in next-gen industries
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and policy bodies
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and patent development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development with 5+ in leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
