Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with company vision and industry disruption trends
- Oversee R&D partnerships with universities and tech incubators specializing in quantum/AI convergence
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Drive patent development for proprietary technologies in sustainable computing and neural interfaces
- Present technology forecasts and innovation portfolios to investors and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile implementation of futuristic solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record in patent development or technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy journals
