Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for next-generation technologies, ensuring alignment with the 2026 vision.
- Pioneering Development: Prototype and validate novel technologies, including AI integration and predictive analytics.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Patent & IP: Spearhead the creation of intellectual property, filing patents for groundbreaking algorithms and systems.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in R&D, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of delivering breakthrough technologies in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Adaptability: Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where the destination is not fully mapped.
