- Predictive AI Integration: Oversee the integration of predictive AI models and machine learning pipelines into core product architecture.
- Future-Proofing: Mentor engineering teams on best practices to ensure codebases and infrastructure are resilient and adaptable to future market shifts.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical concepts regarding the **2026** roadmap to non-technical stakeholders and executives to drive buy-in.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
