Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with future market demands, specifically focusing on AGI and Quantum computing integration.
- Pilot Emerging Technologies: Identify, evaluate, and prototype high-potential technologies to ensure OmniStream remains ahead of the curve.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to drive adoption of futuristic tech stacks.
- Risk Management: Assess the scalability and security risks associated with adopting next-generation technologies before full deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex futuristic concepts into clear value propositions for C-suite executives and investors.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership, with a demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of current AI models, Blockchain, and Quantum computing principles with a strong aptitude for learning new paradigms.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level.
