Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 Quantum Roadmap, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for complex optimization and machine learning tasks.
- Collaborate with global R&D teams to integrate quantum processors with cloud infrastructure.
- Define technical standards and best practices for future tech development within the organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies and propose strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or systems design.
- Proven experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, qubit topologies, and error correction protocols.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large, distributed engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
