Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures that support future growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Tech Stack Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Blockchain) to drive competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, presenting complex technical concepts clearly.
- Crisis Management: Lead incident response and technical troubleshooting for critical systems during high-traffic events.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with experience in modern backend frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make high-stakes decisions under pressure.
