Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of large-scale generative AI models tailored for enterprise deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the implementation of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
- Optimize neural network performance for real-time inference and low-latency applications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, with experience in transformer architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping complex, high-impact software products to market.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
