Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for 2026-era infrastructure
- Lead development of predictive AI systems with 99.9% accuracy benchmarks
- Coordinate with MIT research partners on neural-human interface prototypes
- Oversee integration of carbon-negative data centers across US West Coast
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech ethics and governance
- Present findings at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit)
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through innovation proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Computing or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years leading complex tech projects with Fortune 500 impact
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum applications
- Expertise in federated learning and zero-knowledge architectures
- Patent portfolio in at least one future-tech domain
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with ISO 26000 ESG compliance frameworks
- Security clearance preferred for federal partnerships
