Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for systems that integrate AI, neural networks, and quantum computing for 2026 deployment.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for emerging technologies, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into executable product features.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise-grade applications.
- Ensure ethical AI standards and safety protocols are embedded in all system designs.
- Drive research initiatives into sentient algorithms and edge computing.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Architecture Search.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with high ambiguity and tight timelines.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
