Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technological vision for the 2026 timeframe, aligning R&D efforts with long-term business goals.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performance team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the development of high-fidelity prototypes for future technologies, including advanced AI and quantum computing interfaces.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, design, and executive stakeholders to translate complex concepts into actionable development plans.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends to ensure Nexus Horizon remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neurotech) before they become mainstream.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
