- Implement agile DevOps practices for rapid prototyping cycles
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants through technical storytelling
- Mentor talent in emerging tech ethics and governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years software engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or blockchain architectures
- Proven record of shipping products with 10M+ users
- PhD or equivalent in CS/Engineering (preferred)
- Deep knowledge of Web3.0 and metaverse infrastructure
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum services
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
