Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the 2026 technology strategy, aligning tech initiatives with broader business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead the research and implementation of cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) relevant to the 2026 vision.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering and product team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate complex concepts into actionable development plans.
- Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of major digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies for the future landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and future-forward tech stacks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving innovation and leading digital transformations in a competitive market.
