Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technology roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, quantum computing, and automation for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Innovation: Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, assessing their viability and potential ROI for Apex Innovation Group.
- Technical Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives and market expansion goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and data security.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current tech stacks (Cloud, AI/ML) and a demonstrated ability to predict future trends.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or defining strategic technology directions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
