Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Spearhead the strategic roadmap for emerging technologies, ensuring our platform is future-proof and scalable.
- Lead High-Impact Engineering: Direct a world-class team of engineers and data scientists in building proprietary AI models and neural interfaces.
- Innovation Incubation: Identify and prototype disruptive technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing integration, Advanced Robotics) to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a demonstrated history of deploying scalable microservices.
- AI & ML Proficiency: Strong background in Machine Learning, specifically in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Future-Proof Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architecture strategies accordingly.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven track record of building high-performance teams and driving cultural change.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
