Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define the comprehensive technology roadmap and strategic initiatives required to achieve our long-term goals by the year 2026.
- Predictive R&D Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies, including advanced AI, quantum computing, and spatial computing.
- Strategic Forecasting: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify high-impact opportunities for technological disruption and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and executive leadership to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable development strategies.
- Team Innovation: Foster a culture of forward-thinking and experimentation, mentoring engineers to think beyond current constraints.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or futurist role.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing, with the ability to evaluate their commercial viability.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex, long-term technical challenges.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing large-scale strategic projects.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
