Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our technology vision, identifying emerging trends like AI, blockchain, and edge computing.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable enterprise architectures that support long-term business growth.
- Lead High-Impact Engineering Teams: Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate new technologies seamlessly into existing workflows.

Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
- Futuristic Thinking: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable technical strategies for 2026.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading diverse, high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
