Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and implementation of the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Design and oversee the architecture of scalable, distributed systems.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to gain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with product and business units to define technical requirements.
- Mentor and develop senior technical talent.
- Manage the technical budget and resource allocation for innovation projects.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership.
- Strong proficiency in modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Expertise in AI/ML, Big Data, and distributed computing.
- Experience in scaling high-traffic, consumer-facing applications.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
