Responsibilities
- Define the strategic technical roadmap and vision for 2026, identifying emerging technologies like Neural Interfaces and Synthetic Intelligence.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and product managers to deliver cutting-edge prototypes.
- Collaborate with the C-Suite to align technology investments with business goals and future market trends.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.

- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to forecast their impact on the industry.
