Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, aligning with company-wide business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with R&D departments to prototype and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native architectures that can handle exponential growth.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical liaison for executive stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Process Optimization: Streamline development workflows (CI/CD, Agile/Scrum) to maximize delivery velocity and code quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, Python).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of industry trends and apply them to practical business solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar advanced technical certifications are a plus.
