Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term strategic goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Strategic R&D: Spearhead research and development initiatives in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms, and Biotechnology integration.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of senior engineers, data scientists, and product strategists.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-budget projects.
- Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and radical innovation within the engineering department.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor activities to ensure Apex Future Systems remains a market leader.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years managing teams of 10+ people.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging futuristic technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
