Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key emerging technologies and their application.
- Lead R&D efforts in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Native architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical strategies.
- Oversee the proof-of-concept phase for experimental technologies and drive adoption.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of future-forward systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects on modern development practices and innovation methodologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development.
- Proven track record of leading innovation and successfully implementing emerging tech.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, or IoT ecosystems.
- Experience with agile methodologies and iterative development cycles.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
