Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI evolution, moving beyond LLMs to autonomous agents and spatial reasoning systems.
- Architect Spatial Infrastructure: Design and deploy scalable cloud and edge computing solutions optimized for Spatial Computing devices (e.g., Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest).
- Agentic AI Integration: Oversee the implementation of complex, multi-agent workflows that interact seamlessly with 3D environments.
- Quantum-Ready Systems: Architect data pipelines and machine learning models that are compatible with emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with UX, Hardware, and Research teams to ensure software meets the physical constraints of next-gen wearables.
- Security & Ethics: Establish rigorous protocols for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data sovereignty in autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI Architecture, with at least 2 years leading technical roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Spatial Computing: Proven experience with spatial mapping, 3D rendering, and AR/VR development frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
