Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum, and Web3.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and product managers.
- Innovation: Spearhead research initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic technologies for production environments.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced AI models into existing infrastructure to enhance performance and scalability.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and non-technical teams effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure all futuristic implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks; experience with Quantum computing concepts is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering results.
