Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for future technology integration, identifying emerging trends in AI, blockchain, and spatial computing.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of high-scale, resilient systems capable of handling future data paradigms.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive research and proof-of-concepts for cutting-edge technologies to ensure our infrastructure remains future-proof.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and executive leadership to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to safeguard future infrastructure against evolving cyber threats.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Demonstrated experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics into production environments.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
